What exactly did the gamer do? The user Material-Map-5733 explained on reddit that he had spent 9 hours working on his PC. But even after so many hours, the system simply would not boot. He writes angrily and desperately:
I have spent 9 hours trying to assemble and reassemble my first gaming PC, and it won’t start. I followed manuals and online tutorials. At this point, I would honestly feel more satisfaction throwing this thing out of my third-floor apartment than trying to get it to work.
In his post, he expressed frustration that it would give him more satisfaction to throw the thing out of the third floor than to get the computer running. He was so upset with his newly built system.

How did the community react? Most users reacted with relief that the gamer did not give up on his PC. Some also suggested he should take a deep breath and take a break from the PC after such a long day. Everyone has experienced such problems (via reddit.com):
We’ve all been there! Maybe we should call it a night and try again after recharging our batteries.
The community definitely agrees that he should not give up on his system. The work invested is really too valuable.
Others suggest he should try the most popular solutions again:
- Check all cables again and see if they are all plugged in or if he simply forgot to connect the start button on the motherboard.
- Remove and reconnect components such as graphics card, RAM, or SSD.

What was the solution to the problem? In the end, the problems were resolved faster than expected. He explained in another post that he had to pull out and reinstall the SSD. After that, the computer finally booted. The gaming PC did not fly out the window after all.
