The korean genre mix with MMO elements Civilization Online is set to release in Korea in 2015. We have two trailers from the game for you.
About a week ago, we reported on character creation in Civilization Online and were quite taken with the extraordinary music. In this new trailer from character creation, you can see how the developers envision the individual nations and races. You can imagine that some people here might wrinkle their noses at it. Or as they would ask in the USA: “Yo, is this racist?”
But, well: Always remember, different peoples, different customs. And if we “Germans” come off a bit like Heidi and Peter the Goat, we can comfort ourselves with the thought: The Romans had it much worse.

In another video, you can see the game in action and get a bit more than just the character creation. The idea of making players an individual figure in the world of Civilization could bear innovative and tasty fruits.
Civ Online already looks interesting, especially since it is currently in its second closed beta in Korea and still several months away from release. We can be excited to see where XLGames wants to take the game.
