The gameplay trailer of Europa shows you the new battle royale shooter with cool features like night vision and flying gliders. It is considered China’s answer to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG).
Tencent is working on a new battle royale shooter and demonstrates in the first gameplay trailer how the fights for survival take place. To get from A to B, there are not only boats and cars in Europa, but also flying gliders. With a high jumping point, you can comfortably and quietly cover large distances.
Night maps and destructible environment in Europa
Before the beta for Europa starts in December, the developers show gameplay material of the new battle royale shooter. Well-known features like 100-player maps, where one player survives at the end, or weapon and equipment as world drops, shouldn’t surprise fans anymore.
A real-time weather system and night battles are a nice addition in this genre. In addition, you can shoot through concrete walls and destroy your enemies’ cover.
Europa is set to release in 2018 and will have a beta test at the beginning of December 2017. According to the official Steam page, the game will initially only be released in China. However, if it performs particularly well there, we can imagine a release in other regions and languages.
