From today, August 31st, trainers in Pokémon GO can catch the legendary beasts Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. The beasts are also known as legendary cats or dogs and will appear in raid battles. However, the legendary Pokémon will appear in different parts of the world.
The legendary birds have just disappeared from Pokémon GO, and a new legendary trio is already coming. The beasts Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will appear in Pokémon GO starting today, August 31st.
The legendary dogs originally come from the Johto region and made their debut in the handheld editions Silver and Gold.
You can now defeat and catch Raikou, Entei, and Suicune in raid battles.
Raikou, Entei, and Suicune appear on different continents
The legendary beasts appear on different continents. But don’t worry, the Pokémon will rotate. This means that starting today, the Pokémon will be found in the following regions:
Raikou is in America
Entei is in Europe and Africa
Suicune is in Asia
On September 30th, the legendary beasts will move to other continents and will stay in their new homes until October 31st. After that, they will change their environment again and reach their final location on October 31st.
You can catch all three legendary beasts, but you will have to wait for the rotation. Another option would be to take this legendary trio as an opportunity to travel the world and search for them on their continents.
How the distributions will look exactly in September and October is not yet known.
The legendary beast Entei can be found in Germany until September 30th
We in Germany can currently only catch Entei. Whether the Electric-type Pokémon Raikou or the Water-type Pokémon Suicune will come to us first must still be waited upon.
The legendary beast Entei.
Pokédex entry: Entei is a Fire-type Pokémon and possesses the passion of magma. This Pokémon was born during a volcanic eruption and produces firestorms that incinerate everything that comes into contact with them.
What do you think of the system of rotating the legendary beasts around the world?
