In Destiny 2, players glide around with their crazy mounts, the Sparrows. MeinMMO presents the hottest rides in the universe.
Here’s what to see: As is customary in MMOs and MMORPGs, players mount their trusty steeds to cover large distances quickly. In Destiny 2, Guardians rely less on horses, but instead on horsepower-fueled, floating space motorcycles: the Sparrows.
The game now offers 249 such vehicles. Here, we present you the 9 most unique and exotic Sparrows. At the end, even the ugliest Sparrow will be crowned as a bonus.
For those wondering which crazy mounts roam in Final Fantasy XIV, you will find it here:
1. Burnout
Here’s why the Sparrow is so cool: If you’re going to ride a motorcycle, it should definitely be a burning chopper. Flames lick out from the grill while speeding, making a real impression on the serfs.
On Burnout, you feel like the devilish stunt driver Ghostrider. Firebike is not just a metaphorical description for a fast motorcycle, it’s a program.
Where can you get this beauty? In Season 5, the exotic Sparrow could be found in Bright Engrams. With a little luck, Tess might offer it again in the Eververse.
2. Night of Blooming Mists
Here’s why the Sparrow is so cool: The gnarled wooden stick makes the hearts of “Harry Potter” fans race. The witch’s broom skillfully breaks with the typical sci-fi clichés and takes the rider (or rather the rider?) into a fairy-tale world.
Especially for Destiny’s space mages, the Warlocks, the broom should therefore be the first choice.
Where can you get the broom? In the past, the Sparrow could be acquired during the Halloween event “Festival of the Lost” in the Eververse with Bright Dust or Silver. This year, the celebrations will also take place, even in the extended Season 11.
3. Micro-Mini
Here’s why the Sparrow is so cool: The Micro-Mini quickly became a cult vehicle. After all, it looks more like a toy or a device from the playground than a PS-powerful flying motorcycle.
Especially when the hefty Titans sit on the silly Sparrow in pocket size, it’s hard not to laugh.
Where can you get the mini speedster? Last year, the Eververse offered the Micro-Mini for Silver and Bright Dust during the “Solstice of Heroes”. How fortunate that the summer event restarts in August.
4. Dawn’s Joy
Here’s why the Sparrow is so cool: The sled fits perfectly with the Christmas theme. Jingly, you glide around and even drop Glimmer gifts for well-behaved Guardians.
Additionally, the playful design impresses the romantics among the Guardians. The icing on the cake is the small lantern that swings during the ride.
Where can you get the sled? Dawn’s Joy could first be earned in the Dawn event 2018 through a quest line. Whether the vehicle will also be part of this year’s Christmas celebrations is unknown.
5. SVC-12 and IVC-10
Here’s why the Sparrows are so cool: Here, you get two Sparrows that only reveal their true love when together. When the Guardians zoom beside each other, holograms form a heart – now that’s teamwork.
Where can you get the speedster? During the Crimson Week 2020, SVC-12 and IVC-10 could be unlocked. Those planning romantic outings with their partner will have to wait until the next Valentine’s event.
On the next page, we will show you that Destiny 2 also relies on animal transportation and present as a bonus the ugliest Sparrow.
