As in the last year, the new season of 7 vs. Wild can be watched in advance on Amazon Freevee. The service is now integrated into Amazon Prime, so you can search for and watch the season as usual. Backup candidates, wild animals, and challenges
What else does Fritz Meinecke reveal? Fritz Meinecke answers many questions about the series for about 20 minutes on YouTube. Some users were curious if the backup candidate was used this year. Last year, backup candidate Jan Schlappen had to step in but left the series after 7 days, leaving his teammate behind.
This year, the backup candidate was Alex “Rooflescat”, with whom Fritz Meinecke had previously worked several times. However, he did not come into play.
In this season, there were also no dangerous animals; instead, the production behind 7 vs. Wild aimed for a more challenging environment, which has probably become challenging enough due to the cold.
This year, however, the challenges from seasons 1 and 2 are back. Meinecke does not want to reveal too much in the video but says that they will be different this year than in the previous seasons.
