Sony wants you to stay at home because of Corona and is giving you two games for the PlayStation 4 as part of its #PlayAtHome initiative. These are now available and we will explain how you can get them through the PS Store.
Which games is Sony giving away? PlayStation 4 players can rejoice. Because Sony is now giving away 2 games – worldwide for all PS4 owners.
The following games are now available for free in Germany:
- Journey, a picturesque adventure that many consider an absolute masterpiece
- Knack 2, an action-adventure
You have time until May 6, 2020, to download the free games from the PlayStation Store.
By the way, only players in Germany and China will receive Knack 2. The rest will instead get the Nathan Drake Collection, which includes Uncharted 1 – 3.

What is the #PlayAtHome initiative all about? It is an initiative from Sony. They take their “responsibility as a home entertainment platform” seriously in the context of the Corona crisis and ask players to stay at home as much as possible.
To support this and make the time at home more pleasant, they are now giving away the two PS4 games. Additionally, they are setting up a fund for independent game studios struggling with financial problems due to the current situation and developments.
