In Fortnite, there will soon be new football skins available that will allow you to represent real clubs. Additionally, football is expected to become more prevalent in Fortnite. We will show you what is already known about it.
What kind of skins are these? Epic will soon bring new football skins to the item shop. There, players will be able to choose from 10 skins, either female or male. Additionally, you will have the option to select from 23 different clubs from around the world to customize your outfit.
A total of 23 clubs can be selected as style options. Among them, there are three Bundesliga clubs: Gladbach, Schalke, and Wolfsburg:

When will the skins be available in the item shop? The “Kickoff” set will be available for all players starting Saturday, January 23, 2021. Along with it, a special emote: “Pelé’s Air Jump” from the Brazilian football legend Pelé will also be available in the item shop.
With this emote, you can celebrate your victory as a football legend in Fortnite. It was different when Griezmann celebrated his goal in a real match with an emote from the game.

The Pelé Cup is happening
What does this mean? On Wednesday, January 20, the football fun will begin with the Pelé Cup. In this tournament, players will compete against each other and have the chance to secure the Kickoff set. Additionally, the special emote “Pelé’s Air Jump,” inspired by the goal celebration of the football legend, can be won. This will later also be available in the shop.
The big winners with the most points can win a special signed T-shirt. More information about the cup and the rules will be announced later.
Football in creative mode
What does this mean? For the football fans among you, there will be another opportunity to implement your hobby in Fortnite. There will be a suitable island where you can compete against each other in 4-player teams.
The winners will advance, and the losers will compete for third place. So if you want to challenge your friends in a different way, you’ll soon have the chance to do so.
