Fortnite is not far from the start of Chapter 4 Season 3. For this reason, we show you everything important about the launch, the Battle Pass, and the leaks that are currently known in our overview.
When does the new season start? Fortnite will welcome a new season even after Chapter 4 Season 2. This time, the development team has set June 9, 2023, as the end date for Season 2, according to the Battle Pass menu. That would be a Friday.
As the past has shown, new seasons and chapters have always started on the weekends. Players then had enough time to dip in and check out the new features. It could be that Season 2 ends on June 9, and Season 3 then starts on June 10 or 11. Depending on complications and server downtime, the start could also be delayed.
Everything about Chapter 4 Season 3 – Live Event, Battle Pass, Leaks
Will there be a live event? It is unclear whether Epic Games is working on a live event. Chapter 4 Season 2 lets you dive deeper into the story of the Peace Syndicate. You have to catch someone who wants to pit all the syndicates against each other.
So, it could be that a fight between the gangs might arise, and this fight would be good fodder for a live event.
What content will be in the Battle Pass? A massive leak has been discovered that shows some skins for the upcoming Battle Pass as well as a vehicle and even weapons. Please note that this is only a leak, which you should take with extreme caution.
There are four skins to be seen:
- The transformer Optimus Prime
- A reskin of the muscle cat
- A black-haired explorer with tattoos
- A woman in fighter gear who rides a raptor
Are there leaks for Chapter 4 Season 3? The leak teaser for the skins also shows signs of new features. Players could possibly ride raptors and slide on vines. Two new weapons can also be discovered:
- A boomerang
- A handgun
There will also be many temples, as the teaser shows some stone entrances to temples or crypts that you might be able to enter.
Additionally, there is also a first-person mode (via twitter.com), which is already found in Fortnite’s data. This was predicted for Chapter 4 Season 2, but it has not yet been activated.
Animations are recognizable, as well as how the camera behaves in this mode. However, it is not known whether this feature will be activated in Season 3.
Have you completed Season 2 of Chapter 4 yet? And if so, did you honestly grind for your XP points or take advantage of some bugs? Feel free to let us know!
