Thanks to dataminers and their leaks, the challenges for the upcoming Week 8 of Fortnite are known once again. Read here which challenges you are expected to complete.
If you haven’t unlocked enough tiers in the Fortnite Battle Pass or still need Weekly Challenges for the Blockbuster Skin, you can try your hand at a weekly challenge again on Thursday, June 21, 2018.
Dataminers have also already found out what there is likely to do.

Season 4, Week 8 – The 7 Tasks of the Week!
If the current leak is to be believed, the following challenges must be completed in Week 8:
- Deal damage to opponents with headshots (250): Ideally, you do this with a shotgun and aim roughly at the head.
- Search chests in Salty Springs (7): The usual chest task, annoying but doable
- Unknown (1): The special challenge has not yet been unearthed by the dataminers. It remains exciting!
- Search chests in the same match (7): You must open all these chests in the same round. Ideally, jump far away from the action and loot remote areas where you are hardly disturbed.
Each of these challenges is worth five big stars in the Season 4 Battle Pass.
These are the difficult challenges in Week 8 of Fortnite
These three tasks each give – provided they actually exist – ten Battle Pass stars. That’s an immediate tier in the Battle Pass!
- Search between ??? (1): It is still unclear where exactly to search. This is annoying because often you know from the landmarks exactly where the treasure is.
- Eliminate opponents with suppressed weapons (3): Suppressed weapons unfortunately aren’t very strong. This challenge could be a bit tricky. Ideally, grab a suppressed SMG and stalk in tight areas.
- Eliminate opponents at Pleasant Park (3): The usual kill challenge. In this area, it should be easy to take out enough players.
All new challenges will be available on Thursday
When does it start? The new weekly tasks will again start next Thursday, June 21, 2018. But keep in mind that the information from the dataminers’ leaks do not necessarily have to be true. Some details could still change, and this time two out of seven challenges are still unknown.
