The visit to the ruins of Ghost and Shadow is a challenge from Fortnite Season 6 – Chapter 2. This challenge is for the Week 11 challenges and gives you experience points for your Battle Pass.
What kind of task is this? This challenge is one of the challenges for Week 11 of Fortnite Season 6. For this, you need to visit the ruins of former locations that belonged to the Ghost and Shadow teams. These two opposing groups formed the two sides that fought each other in Chapter 2 Season 2.
As the condition of the buildings they once occupied shows, these groups are no longer what they once were. Here you need to visit the Shark ruins, the Secret Bunker, and the Cave to complete the challenge.
Where to find the ruins of Ghost and Shadow?
Here you need to go: The remains of the shark, north of Coral Castle, are still a decent solo landing spot. You will find chests and weapons in abundance there. The same goes for the cave “The Grotto”, which has long been flooded and contains nothing interesting anymore. You can also find the large bunker, although it still doesn’t open. The challenge simply requires you to visit these locations.
When at the cave, make sure to go above the main entrance, but also along the pools, as the outlines of this underground place are hard to see.
The only real difficulty in this challenge? The other players, who will surely spoil your visit and also want to go there to complete the task. The safest option is to play this challenge in the Squads mode. You will encounter fewer enemies there and can respawn if something goes wrong.
