What does the update bring? The update 11.11 brought some changes for the Battle Royale mode and new content for Save the World. The changes for Battle Royale were discovered by players and shared on reddit.
Official patch notes for the Battle Royale mode are not available from Epic Games this time again. We compile here what changes players noticed in the matches after the patch.
New Locker Search
What does this feature bring? Now you can make a quicker selection in the locker, as there is now a new search bar. You can enter the name of the item you are looking for in the search bar. Afterwards, the sought items will be displayed in the locker.
This feature helps players make a selection faster. Especially if you have a large locker, you don’t have to search as long.

Gameplay
What’s new? The stack size of grenades has been reduced. Previously, you could carry 10 grenades in your inventory, but now there is only room for 6 grenades.
The sounds from the motorboats have been reduced, and they are no longer as loud as before.
A few changes were also mentioned on the Trello board of Fortnite. There were bug fixes for:
- The outfit of Kitbash
- The magma wrap
New in Save the World
New quest line “Matchmaker”: It’s time to make new friends. Literally. From everything lying around. Turn on the reanimators and get ready for mathematically calculated horrors in Matchmaker.
New hero “Arlene-Izza”:
New sword: With the new sword “Black Silk”, you show the husks who the boss is. A large sword that causes moderate damage and high impact is ready for you.
