Fortnite (PC, PS4 & Xbox One) gets the update V.2.2.0 today, January 18, 2018. During maintenance, the servers will be offline. Here you will find out everything about the time of the update.
With update V.2.2.0 of Fortnite, the winter event will come to an end. There are also changes to the battle royale map and adjustments to scoped assault rifles.
But at what time will the update come to the servers and how long will Fortnite be offline today?
Downtime for the update starting at 12 PM GMT or 7 AM ET – But when will it arrive here?
According to a Twitter message from the developer Epic Games, Fortnite will go offline today, January 18, 2018, around 12:00 PM GMT.
- This corresponds to 1 PM our time (CET). However, the downtime started a bit earlier. The Fortnite servers are already offline.

In the meantime, the developers have tweeted again, stating that while they do not provide an end date for the maintenance, they assure that they are working as quickly as possible to bring the game back online.
