In week 8 of Season 6 of Fortnite: Battle Royale you need to do clay pigeon shooting. But where are the shooting ranges? We have listed all the locations of the clay pigeons and explain how to hit them.
What is it about? The special task in week 8 of Season 6 is almost identical to the challenge from week 3 of Season 5: But this time you only need to shoot clay pigeons at 3 different locations.
The clay pigeon launchers are still located where they were in Season 5. There you can fire at the clay pigeons and then you just need to hit them three times in a row.
Score 3 points at 3 different clay pigeon shooting ranges
Here’s how to hit the clay pigeons: Once you’ve found a shooting range, you need to activate it with the action button. A flying disk will then take off. You need to hit it while it’s in the air. Ideally, you do this with a precision weapon or a shotgun. Pistols work wonderfully as well.
Watch out: You need to shoot a clay pigeon three times in a row for the task to count. After each hit, another clay pigeon will come, so stay alert!
Tip for success: If you hit once, you ideally stay still and do not move the crosshair. The following clay pigeons will fly in the same spot. With good timing, you can hit the second and third time!
Be careful not to become the clay pigeon! The clay pigeon machines are popular spots for killjoys. Also, when shooting, you make a good target as you focus on the pigeons. So be careful that no one follows you or sneaks up on you.

- Pleasant Park: In the west of the city is a large hill. The shooting range is to the south.
- Tomato Temple: A path leads north to Lazy Links. East of the bridge is a clay pigeon shooting range by a blue car.
- Shifty Shafts: Go west from the large wooden chair. On the coast you will find another shooting range.
- Leaky Lake: At the northeast shore you will find a shooting range by the willow tree.
- Paradise Palms: Head south to the coast. There is a clay pigeon shooting range.
- Lonely Lodge: North of the large cabin is still a shooting range to be found.
