Clay pigeons in Fortnite? You need to complete a mini-game at 5 different locations: shooting clay pigeons. For this, Epic has placed new clay pigeon launchers in various locations. There you can launch the clay pigeons and just need to hit them.
Shooting clay pigeons at 5 different locations in Fortnite – here’s how
This is how you take out clay pigeons: Once you have found a launcher, you just need to activate it. The machine will then launch the flying discs. You will ideally take them down with a weapon with a good rate of fire. Submachine guns or assault rifles work well.
Attention: You need to hit three times in a row for the challenge to count. Each time you hit, the machine will launch the next pigeon, so watch out.
Tip: Keep the crosshair in the same spot after you have hit once, as the next pigeon will come to the same position.
Be cautious during the mini-game: In a team, one can also operate the machine while another player shoots at it. Just be careful that you don’t become the target yourself during the shooting fun. Some professional killer in a suit or high-tech supervillain could be lurking in the bushes, ready to pick you off while you’re clay pigeon shooting.
Game within a game: You can also organize your own clay pigeon mini-game as a competition. The machines count your hits.
Where can you shoot clay pigeons? The 6 locations
This is how you complete the task: To earn your reward, you need to hit a clay pigeon at five different locations. We have summarized the currently known locations in the following paragraphs.
- In the west of Pleasant Park is a large hill. At its southern foothill is the clay pigeon device.
- Go west of Shifty Shafts and the big wooden chair. There at the coast is a campsite with a red umbrella and a clay pigeon device.
- The bridge north of Tomato Town leads to Lazy Links, and to the east of the bridge is a clay pigeon location with a blue car.
- Northeast of Loot Lake is a willow tree. The clay pigeon apparatus is already there.
- Follow the creek in the south of Paradise Palms. At the end of the watercourse, you will find a caravan, and the clay pigeons should be next to it.
- Go to the willows in the north of Lonely Lodge. There, hills begin, and there are several willow trees. There is also a clay pigeon apparatus.
