In Fortnite: Battle Royale a new death zone has arisen. If you visit a certain location at Tilted Towers, you are doomed.
Where is the dangerous area? In Tilted Towers there is a shop in the southwest. There is a hidden basement entrance behind two shelves. If you knock one of them down, you can take the stairs behind it to go down into the basement and gather loot there.
But anyone who tries this now will get in trouble. Because a bug will kill you instantly as soon as you touch the ground. A new death zone has emerged there.

The Return of the Death Zone
What are death zones? The term “Death Zone” refers to areas in Fortnite that kill you instantly for no apparent reason when you enter them, according to Fortnite fans. This is a bug, not a feature.
The first time this issue occurred was in early March. Back then, the area that looked like a knife and fork (a reference to the pun “Fork-Knife”) was the death zone. Whoever entered the knife died instantly.
What players are saying: Players on Reddit are not exactly thrilled about the bug:
- “How can such a bug even occur?”
- “eSports ready…”
- “Epic added a new shadow bomb … and a ton of bugs!”
- “Oh no, that was my favorite hiding spot back then!”
Others, on the other hand, are taking it with humor:
- “Thanks for this new trolling opportunity that I can use to fool my friends!”
- “Tilted is basically one big death zone anyway”
- “He probably died from fall damage!”
This is what Epic is doing about it: An Epic employee quickly noticed the Reddit thread. They promised to address the issue quickly. Therefore, the bug with the Tilted death zone is now at the top of Epic Games’ bug fix list.
So it probably won’t be long until the death zone is gone. So quickly lure in a few opponents!
