In the battle royale shooter Fortnite, the XP Llamas will soon be unwrapped. Because you will have the opportunity to win a lot of XP with less effort. We at MeinMMO will show you why.
What has Fortnite changed? In the past, Epic Games has presented players with more ways to gain XP. However, there hasn’t been an XP event in the last seasons. Only players who were active in Fortnite daily could complete the Battle Pass and additional skins 100%.
Since the community had complained in advance about the lack of XPs this season, Fortnite quickly increased the amount of XP by multiple times. But now they’re adding even more by giving you the chance to earn even more experience points on weekends.
XP Weekend and Many New Challenges for Halloween
Many of you should be familiar with XP weekends, where you receive double the amount of XP for the same achievements. If you are not familiar with them, we will explain what it means.
What is it? XP weekends are events that provide you with double experience points on those weekends. You can earn them for actions such as opening crates, fishing, kills, and much more.
These events are especially worthwhile if you’re missing one or two levels before a reward. So if you’re below level 100, you have the opportunity to give your level a boost.
In addition, there are quests for free Halloween-themed items. These also reward you with extra XP points. So you shouldn’t miss out on these:
How often does this event occur? A total of two times. You will have the opportunity to take advantage of this benefit on two consecutive weekends.
- October 23, 01:00 until October 25, 13:00
- October 30, 01:00 until November 1, 12:00
You have a total of 5 days to give your Battle Pass a boost. So don’t miss it.
How to use them correctly: Ideally, bring along 2 friends from your friends list and spread out on the map to complete stamp cards. They can be completed independently thanks to team progress, as everyone benefits from completing the tasks.
By completing the stamp cards, you will earn a ton of XP. With kills or by harvesting instant items, you will receive an additional generous bonus.
Or you can disrupt the “Group Sabotage” mode. Many kills can be collected there, which also benefit your Battle Pass.
If you are looking for some variety, you can also explore the Impostor mode. This is fun with friends and offers variety.
What do you think about the return of the XP weekends? Are you missing a few levels before completing your pass, or are you already above level 100? Let us know!
