In Fortnite: Battle Royale, clues are intensifying about a new location on the map. The new Point of Interest (POI) on the map could be related to the ongoing war between the burger restaurant and the tomato cult.
What’s up with the burger and the pizza? Since the early days of Fortnite, two places have been a staple of the map: the pizza shop “Pizza Pit” with the tomato head and the burger joint “Durrr-Burger” in Greasy Grove, which had a rather unappetizing burger head as a mascot.
Both landmarks disappeared at the end of Season 4 into the rifts and reappeared during Season 5. The burger somewhere in the wilderness, the tomato head finally reappeared in a spectacular form as a bizarre temple complex.
The conflict is brewing: The first sign of trouble between burger and pizza came with the release of the Elite version of the tomato head skin. This could be upgraded with challenges.
Epic also released a title image showing tomato heads violently converting a Durrr-Burger employee to the tomato cult. From then on, it was clear that there could be no peace between burger supporters and tomato cultists!

The burger shop is closing: The first victory of the tomato heads was the closure of the Durrr-Burger store with Update 6.22. However, food trucks from Pizza Pit and Durrr Burger then appeared, somehow watching each other.
A Reddit user has a theory: Reddit user Inzaine analyzed the facts and clues from the ongoing conflict and gained some astonishing insights: It seems that there will soon be a new location, a Point of Interest (POI) on the Fortnite map.
Accordingly, a new place related to the fast-food war is likely to appear soon near the soccer hall west of Tilted Towers.
Pizza vs. Burger – the great battle
All clues at a glance: The following indicators all point to the new place:
- The food trucks from Durrr Burger and Pizza Pit are both there, watching each other again.
- The gang advertisement on the field mentions Durrr-Burger. It seems to be the last stronghold of the burger supporters.
- The soccer stadium would be a good place that needs a renovation again and would be a good alternative to Tilted Towers or Greasy Grove.
- Around the same time in the season, the tomato temple was introduced to the game.
- Epic itself launched a poll on Twitter on November 12, asking if players preferred pizza or burgers for lunch.
- There were clues found in the game files about a burger POI.
If all this holds true, the soccer stadium will soon be the setting for an epic battle between burger and pizza, altering the map once again. This would create a lucrative new loot location.
