Today, on June 21, the update 21.10 rolled out in Fortnite. With it come not only new skins in the data of Fortnite, but also a new event. The Nindo event is back, along with 6 cool new items related to the world of Naruto.
What is this event? In Fortnite, the first Naruto series of skins was released in Chapter 2. Additionally, an event appeared that allowed players to earn cool cosmetic items stemming from Naruto.
Soon, four new Naruto skins will be available in the shop, and to celebrate this, Epic Games is once again hosting the Nindo event where you can earn six items for free. We will show you how.
6 items related to Naruto, including a cool glider
The items in this event are all related to Naruto. These mostly consist of stickers that you can use during combat.
These items are available:
- Shocked Itachi – Emoticon
- Focused Gaara – Emoticon
- Byakugan-Hinata – Emoticon
- Orochimaru’s Grin – Emoticon
- Manda – Glider
- Akatsuki – Skin
How do I get them? You need to log in with your active Epic account on the “Nindo event” page. There, you will link your Epic account and can get started immediately.
The Nindo event runs until July 8
When does the event end? “The Nindo” takes place from June 21 to July 8, 2022, at 5:59 AM CEST.
How does this event work? After registering, you will be directed to the Nindo website of Epic Games. There you will see each skin from the Naruto collaboration displayed.
You can then tackle the ninja pathways from June 21 to July 8 and complete them along the way.
The tasks have been predetermined and are, for example, as follows:
- You must, for instance, complete 5 matches with Itachi and be in the Top 6.
- After successfully completing this condition, you will receive 1 badge and thus the emoticon.
- You can also collect multiple points by winning 5 fights continuously.
Milestones and missed items
How do I get Manda? You receive the glider and the skin upon completing one or all of the milestones. These milestones require greater effort to complete.
- Besides the task associated with each skin, there is also an active milestone.
- This requires more points, but you will receive a greater reward.
- If you manage to collect 9 badges for Itachi, you will receive the weapon skin for completing a pathway
- You must play 45 matches where you place at least 6th each time.
- To obtain the glider, you need to complete all pathways and collect 9 badges for each active skin.
What do I do if I missed the event? You have a total of 16 days to earn all rewards. (as of June 21). If you missed the event, the emoticons can no longer be earned. The skin and the glider, however, can be purchased later for V-Bucks in the item shop.
