In Fortnite: Battle Royale, the Llobeti Cup will start in just a few days. It is a trio tournament for almost all platforms. We will show you how to register so you can participate.
What kind of tournament is this? The Llobeti Cup is a trio tournament where you compete in teams of 3 against other teams. The tournament takes place on the platforms: PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The Anti-Apple Tournament looked different. There, all platforms were mixed to play one last time with iOS players, who were left behind in Season 3.
When does the Cup take place? The tournament will consist of a total of 3 rounds. The first two will start on September 12. The rounds will take place at the following times:
- Round 1: September 12, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Round 2: September 12, 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Round 3: September 13, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Important: In this tournament, only the players who achieve a certain top placement in the previous round will advance to the next round. So if you want to participate, you need to start on the first day.
How to register
To unlock the Cup in the tournament menu, you must first register. We will show you how to do that.
Visit the Epic Games page
First, you need to go to the official Epic Games page to register for the tournament. Under the section: Tournaments, you will find the Llobeti Cup. Here is directly to the tournament page.
There you will find a linked “button” labeled “Register”. If you are not yet logged in on the page with your Epic account, you will be prompted to log in or create an account.
Once you have signed up and registered, you can log in to Fortnite, and the Cup will be displayed in the competition menu. As soon as the tournament starts on September 12, you will receive a notification, you can click on it, and you are in.
Is there a reward?
What reward awaits the winners of the tournament is unfortunately unknown. Epic has not provided any information on the website. It may be that this is a tournament without prizes.
However, we will inform you if any information about Epic’s prize pool becomes available.
It was very similar in the Cup hosted by YouTube star Standartskill. While there were no prizes, there was a chance to appear in his stream if you played particularly well in the tournament.
