The new “Healing vs Toxin” challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale reward you with a purple Remedy skin. We show you the tasks and rewards.
What are these challenges? On January 9, 2020, the new challenges started in Fortnite. They are themed around Healing vs Toxin and come with some challenges.
They were already leaked by data miners who found the missions in the code of the battle royale game.
These are the tasks: To participate in these challenges, you must have already reached Level 40 in the current Fortnite Battle Pass. This is also the first phase for the new challenges.
Once you reach this minimum level, new missions will open up for you. And these are:
- Visit 3 different food trucks
- Earn 3 silver survival medals
- 3 eliminations with submachine guns
- Search 7 chests at landmarks (these include: Ego Outposts, Pipe Man – Scarecrow – Wood Tent, green – yellow – red bridge)
- Reach 100 health points and shield points at the same time in 3 different matches
- Deal 2500 damage to enemy structures
- Visit 3 bus stops in a single match
- Earn the weapon specialist award 5 times by dealing damage with weapons
- Catch a fish first, land first after jumping from the Battle Bus, or be the first to get an elimination in a match
Some of these tasks are quite hard and require a lot of skill from you. But if you complete them, you will receive a cool skin as a reward.
What other rewards are there? The Twitter account FNBRBananik shared the tasks and rewards like the skin style for Remedy, a back accessory, and a pickaxe with the community. You can see these in the embedded tweet.
Each challenge will reward you with 52,000 XP upon completion. So if you want to upgrade your Battle Pass now, the Remedy vs. Toxin challenges give you another good opportunity.
So it will probably take a bit longer until the endless Season 1 in Chapter ends.
