The Fortnite player Turner “Tfue” Tenney is returning to Twitch. It will happen on October 1st. Although Tfue is number one on Twitch, he hasn’t been seen for 2 weeks. To announce his return, he jumps off a bridge.
This is the announcement: Tfue plans his return to Twitch and YouTube for October 1st. He will probably be online then, from our perspective, in the evening.
How long was he gone? Tfue started his break on Friday, September 13th. He will have been away for two and a half weeks when he starts again on Tuesday.
Back then he said he was no longer happy, even though he had achieved everything he ever wished for. But he felt trapped in a “negative spiral” and needed a break.
Shortly before that, he had parted ways with his longtime Fortnite partner Cloak in a dispute.
It is remarkable that Tfue continued to play Fortnite despite his Twitch break; he was even more successful than right before his time off. So he was able to qualify with new partners for the finals of the Trio Series – but he could achieve nothing in the final round.
This is how Tfue celebrates his return: It is a bit bizarre. Tfue jumps off a bridge. For whatever reason. However, people seem to find this very good.
“FaZe you said, they force you into dangerous stunts”
This is the bizarre part: Tfue has sued his clan FaZe. Among other things, he accused FaZe of encouraging him to perform “dangerous stunts” and drink, although he was too young.
Tfue later withdrew these specific allegations. But it is ironic that he now celebrates his return with a “dangerous stunt,” when he previously accused FaZe of wanting to raise him in this unhealthy, Californian lifestyle.
