What’s happening today in Fortnite? The update 15.30 was announced by Fortnite Status on Twitter and is set to be applied today. The patch will make some changes and fix bugs.

Before players can explore the map and all the changes, the Fortnite servers will be shut down for a while as usual.
Fortnite servers will be shut down – when and for how long?
Downtime starts in the morning: The downtime for the update 15.30 starts at 10:00 AM German time. At 9:30 AM you can join a new round for the last time; after that, the servers will be shut down, and Fortnite will be down for a short time.
How long will the maintenance take? Based on experiences of the past weeks and months, the work should be completed by noon at the latest.

When will the patch notes be released? Based on experiences from previous updates in the new chapter of Fortnite, it is likely that there will be no or only superficial patch notes published for the battle royale mode.

What new content does the update 15.20 bring?
What new things will there be in the battle royale mode? Fortnite Status introduced a few new features during the announcement of the update. Here’s what you can expect after the downtime:
- A new Mando Hunter LTM
- 2 new exotic weapons – which have probably already been leaked with the 12 Exotics
- New devices and options for creative mode
Additionally, today there will be changes to the superhero skins. After these gave players an unfair advantage, they will now receive a nerf with update 15.30.
The update 15.30 seems to bring some changes and new features. In a few hours, we will see what else is included in the patch.
