Good morning! The player search has now been disabled for Fortnite and soon the entire servers will follow. So be ready for leaks regarding the new update at 10:00 AM.
What happens during the server downtime? The servers will be taken down. During this time, you cannot play Fortnite.
Server downtime in Fortnite – from when? The servers will be taken down on June 18, 2025, at 10 AM. A short time before (about half an hour), matchmaking will be disabled (via x.com).
When can I play Fortnite again? That depends on the size of the update and the duration of the downtime. This is a major update, so expect 1 to 2 hours.
When will patch notes be released? Epic Games now only sporadically presents patch notes for the updates and generally only after the downtime. As soon as they are available, you will find them here.
