Week 6 of Season 5 Chapter 2 in Fortnite: Battle Royale is starting soon. There are again some challenges for you to complete. A leak now shows what tasks you can expect.
What has been leaked? The system of XP tasks has changed again in Season 5 Chapter 2. While you can complete some tasks and immediately get a new one, there are challenges that only update weekly.
These weekly tasks, which are available in epic and legendary rarities, have now been leaked for the 6th week of Season 5 by data miners. Here you can take a look at what tasks might keep you busy in the coming days on the Season 5 map.
Tasks of Week 6 – Season 5
These challenges have been leaked: Data miners have already found the tasks for week 6 (via Twitter). It seems that you will need to do a lot of fishing. Here are the challenges:
- Pop fishing spots in the air at Sharky Shell, Sweaty Sands, or Flopper Pond (3)
- Destroy motorboats (3)
- Pop fishing spots in the air at Lazy Lake (Island), Lake Canoe, and near Steamy Stacks (3)
- Catch fish (7)
- Signal to the Coral Buddies
- Destroy boats (7)
- Destroy fishing rod barrels (7)
- Score headshots (20, 40, 60, 80, 100)
For the legendary task, the “Score headshots” mission seems to be planned. This will surely take some time, but will reward you with more experience points than the other challenges.
Keep in mind that these are initially leaked challenges, and the tasks may still change before they go live on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
Data miners have not only found the challenges for week 6 in the data. A leak also indicates that a popular location in Fortnite might change completely soon. If this happens soon, it might be the last chance to face battles there or pay a visit.
