Fortnite: Season 4 Patch-Notes – Karten-Änderung, geschenkte Lamas

Today the big update for Fortnite 4.0 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and iOS has arrived. We have the patch notes for Battle Royale and Save the World for you. What’s in the patch?

While Fortnite was rather quiet over the past few weeks, mostly consisting of speculation, today, May 1st, is the big update day.

In Battle Royale, the comet has struck and brings significant changes to the map. In Save the World, Epic has lowered prices for Llamas and is now showering players who previously bought them with Troll Loot Llamas.

Fortnite: Here are the highlights of the patch notes for Battle Royale

- Headshots take priority, even if body parts are in between. There was an incident where a player survived a headshot with the shotgun through an emote. That should not happen anymore.
- Bouncing Stones – Players will find glowing stones in the crater. When they carry them, they say goodbye to gravity.
- The map in Fortnite: Battle Royale has been significantly changed – Due to the meteorite fragments, the map has been altered considerably. There are now new locations, but the old landing spots have also changed. We discuss the map changes in this article.
- The new Battle Pass with 100 tiers is here. It costs 950 V-Bucks.

You can now use all spray motifs and emotes that you have in total.
Additionally, you can now let Fortnite randomly decide which cosmetic gear from your locker you equip.
The crossbow has been removed from the loot.It was considered the worst weapon in Fortnite.

Fortnite: Here are the highlights of the patch notes for Save the World

Enemies now sometimes drop loot. The chance is higher with patrolling groups. The stronger the enemies, the more and better items you get.
You can even receive sketches from mini-bosses, which means permanent benefits that count even after the match.
A new mythical soldier “Raven” is coming –this should be the popular Raven skin from Battle Royale

Additionally, 8 new “Shadow Agent” heroes are joining the mode.
The new event “Blockbuster” brings a “strange new cover that you roam around” – Ray, the Cortana of Fortnite, is already investigating this.

Llamas now significantly cheaper – Epic gives away Troll Loot Llamas

V-Buck prices for loot llamas have been significantly reduced. Therefore, players who bought llamas earlier now receive massive amounts of “Troll Loot Llamas.” There are reports of people receiving 37 free llamas. That’s a lot of loot.
Season gold remains permanent, so it’s now just called gold.
A new set of military weapons is in the Blockbuster Llamas.
