The new trailer for Season 2 of Fortnite is online and gives you a first look at the events of the new season! Season 2 kicks off with a “Top-Secret” mission.
What’s happening in Fortnite right now? Today, on February 20th, Season 2 Chapter 2 begins. The new season is initiated with update 12.00. However, the first official trailer is now available.
What does the trailer show? The trailer features various skins that are probably secret agents. The video description mentions that you should throw on a suit, infiltrate, and reclaim the island.
Could this be a hint at a battle between agents and the “bad guys”? Do we, as players, need to reclaim the island? Perhaps it is also a special mode that can be played.

There are also a few skins that are not yet available in Fortnite. These are likely part of the battle pass or will be available in the item shop.
However, it strongly resembles agents. There are some skins wearing a suit. Even the well-known skin “Schali” appears in the trailer in a suit. It looks pretty funny!

Muscular Cat in the Trailer – Agent Meowscles
The trailer also shows a funny cat that initially appears very small and cute. But when it stands up, a huge muscular body appears.
In the teasers that were posted as posters in various countries, there was a phone number that could be called. During these calls, recordings could be heard.
In the end, there was always a weird sound that resembled a cat trying to cough up a furball. This referred to Agent Meowscles. He is introduced in the Season 2 Battle Pass trailer in more detail.
