In Fortnite you need to find an XP drop hidden in the loading screen during the “Upcoming Chaos Challenge”. We will show you the exact location.
What kind of challenge is this? In one of the “Upcoming Chaos Challenges“, you must find the hidden XP drop, which is located in the loading screen of week 9.
Requirement: You must unlock this challenge beforehand before you can start searching. The mission will only be unlocked after you have completed the previous challenges.
Finding the hidden XP drop in the loading screen
This is the loading screen in question: You will receive the loading screen where the XP drop is hidden after completing 8 “Upcoming Chaos Missions”. It features a skin that was available in the item shop around Halloween.
It observes several scenes on the monitors. It is suspected that it is the leader of a criminal organization in Fortnite, which likely includes the Alter Ego Skins and the secret skin of Season 11.
The hint to the location of the XP drop can be found in the middle of the image, on one of the monitors. There is Kevin the purple cube from Season 5 and 6. You need to go there.
Where is the location? You will find the XP drop at Steamy Stacks, where there is also a monument to the purple cube. That’s where you should search.
Location on the map:
Location at Steamy Stacks: You will find the XP drop in the southwestern part of Steamy Stacks. There is a large parking lot there.
A monument to the cube “Kevin” has been erected in the parking lot. You need to walk to the cube and underneath it, you will find the XP drop. As soon as it appears in front of you, you can simply collect it.
Once you have collected it, the task counts as completed, and you can focus on the remaining tasks such as:
- Fly through rings at Steamy Stacks
- Complete a motorboat time trial
- Dance at the green, yellow, and red metal bridge
