In Fortnite there is a popular mode called ‘Team Rumble’. However, this was changed in Chapter 2, causing players to shy away from the mode. With Chapter 3 bringing many changes, fans hoped for a comeback of the favorite, but it only got worse.
What is Team Rumble? In Team Rumble, you were placed in a team of 20 players. Your task was to reach a predetermined score to win the match. The uniqueness of the mode was the looting across the entire map and respawning after death.
You were flown over the map in a Battle Bus and had the choice to land anywhere you wanted, without restrictions from the storm. After that, you had enough time to gather your equipment and loot places.
Unfortunately, Team Rumble is not what it used to be. Many things have changed, and the mode is no longer enjoyable for many.
No weapons, moving storms, and no time to explore and loot
What has changed? In the middle of Chapter 2, the mode was altered. You were dropped onto the map with random weapons and a storm that was getting faster without time to loot. Many found this annoying, as the fun and relaxation were lost. People wanted the old mode back, but it only got worse.
After further updates, the preset loadout was even removed, and moving storms were introduced. You now spawn in a smaller map, without weapons and with a storm that constantly changes direction. Therefore, players are wondering who thought it was a good idea to change a functioning mode so negatively. There were no necessary changes.
What do players say? The fans of Fortnite do not understand the continuous deteriorations. They cannot comprehend why such changes as a moving storm or spawning on a smaller map were deemed good. Players write on reddit:
Yes, they have made this chapter worse. Instead of spawning with some weapons, you now spawn without weapons. Want to know how many players are on your team? We won’t tell you. I literally played one match to collect a few Shanta shards and then left. It is a literal shell of its former self.

This shows that nobody approves of these changes, and many want to return to the roots of Team Rumble. How the mode will continue to evolve remains questionable. However, the fact is that hardly any player agrees with the changes.
What do you think of the changes? Do you also find that the mode has become unplayable since the last updates? Let us know in the comments.
