In Fortnite: Battle Royale (PC, PS4, iOS & Xbox One), players have been trying to reach a specific location since the beginning of the game: the spawn island! Now they have finally succeeded!
What is the spawn island? Many Fortnite players have something in common with salmon. Like the delicious fish, they are constantly drawn back to the place of their birth. In the case of Fortnite, this is the spawn island, the zone where players wait before the match starts.
Why can’t one go back? The island is temptingly located outside the main island where all the action takes place. Players have long tried to get back there. Nothing helped; even those who built a huge bridge failed against an invisible wall.

Crossing boundaries with a shopping cart!
This is how they succeeded: The daring streamer Lachlan never wanted to accept that he would never return to the spawn island in a match again. So he and his buddy tirelessly tried to find a way.
The plan of the crazy daredevils: To build a huge bridge, then create a kind of ramp and speed down it with a shopping cart. The guys wanted to overcome the invisible barrier to the island.
A logistical masterpiece
Deadly circumstances: The conditions under which the two streamers had to work were extremely tough. First, they had to collect enough materials for the structures. Then they needed to get a shopping cart. And the players also needed enough bandages, as they had to enter the deadly storm to leave the map.
Shopping cart overcomes the storm! After countless failed attempts, partly due to sheer clumsiness, the two players finally succeeded! They took the epic jump to the island. Suddenly, they were right in the storm raging over the map.
After many failures, finally success!
But the two explorers bravely continued and pushed their shopping cart further. And then, suddenly, the sky cleared up, and they actually landed on the spawn island!
There they died almost immediately, as the storm shredded their health points. They didn’t even have the chance for a victory dance. But at least the brave gamers could prove that it is possible to reach the spawn island in Fortnite alive!
