In Fortnite, the majority of players are currently enjoying the old air of Chapter 1, with weapon and map changes occurring rapidly, though they are only temporary. Season: OG is supposed to end in December, and therefore the community is already planning a farewell for the old map.
What is Fortnite: OG? Fortnite is currently in one of its shortest seasons ever. This is called Season: OG and takes players back to the time when the Chapter 1 map was still new. In the few weeks players have to explore the old map, map changes are implemented rapidly and old weapon metas are unpacked to keep things fresh.
Since the introduction of OG Fortnite has been able to enjoy a boom in players. And so that Chapter 1 does not disappear silently when the farewell comes, fans want to celebrate the map properly at the end of Chapter 4.

What kind of event is this? In a TikTok by Mr. Lawyer
with 5.2 million views, the well-known TikToker talks about an event that is supposed to take place in Fortnite. However, this is not an official event, but a community event where players want to establish a ceasefire.

The event is set to take place on 02.12.2023 and aims to ensure that players do not fight each other, but rather can take a last farewell from the Chapter 1 map. There will be a live event at the end of Season: OG, and it is therefore unclear whether the Chapter 1 map could ever return.
So that players can say goodbye, fans want to lay down their weapons and explore the map one last time peacefully. It is unclear whether the community will adhere to this, as Mr. Lawyer also doubts it – but it is still a touching idea.
Will Fortnite be deleted after Chapter 4? Already towards the end of Chapter 1, rumors circulated that Fortnite would be deleted, but this turned out to be unnecessary panic. This time the same tricks are being used again to scare long-time fans – again, you should not worry.
