A video is going viral on TikTok showing a player in a match in Fortnite, while he secures the victory. And this all takes place on a moving truck on the highway. The comments range from admiration, fake calls, and questions about his gear. The fake cries were not unfounded.
In the 23-second clip, a man is seen placing himself with a keyboard and mouse on the back of a pickup truck. He projects his “running” Fortnite game onto the side of a truck using a projector.
Meanwhile, another man is cheering him on. With enthusiastic “You got him, you got him!” shouts, he motivates the player, who soon after secures the victory. Cheers from both men follow, cars honk in the background.

Opinions on TikTok are divided
TikTok users are divided on whether this is fake or could really have happened. “This is a video recording” appears in several comments. “This has to go viral!” in others. “I have so many questions,” writes one user.

Others point out that this is the content that streamers should show. It’s an interesting way to play Fortnite. There are also ironic questions about his gaming setup and comments like “when your mom says you should play outside again.”

The assumption of a forgery is correct, as in a YouTube video, the creator of the video, Blake Messick, explains that this is a stunt – the victory match was recorded in advance.
With the action, he hoped to impress the Fortnite community – “all these little nerds will love it,” he writes.
