In Fortnite today, on July 26, the servers went down across all platforms (PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Android). The maintenance is being used to upload Update 25.20 to the servers.

What’s new in Patch 25.20 – Patch Notes
New Weapons:
- Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun
- Mammoth Pistol
Weapons from the Vault:
- Lever-Action Shotgun
New Reality Augments:
- First Aim, Then Shoot
- Increases the damage of your weapons that have a scope when you aim
Reality Augments from the Vault:
- Pistol Recycling
- Reloads your pistol faster when your magazine is empty
Notes for Weapons:
- Note: When the Firework Flare Gun came to the vault at the end of Summer Escape, the standard Flare Gun remained in the vault. It will continue to be in the vault in V.25.20.

What’s happening today in Fortnite? Epic Games is shutting down the servers of Chapter 4 Season 3 to upload a new update. According to leakers, this update will introduce new skins and some weapons into the game.

Fortnite: Server Down – When and how long will they be offline?
This is the downtime in the morning: According to Epic Games, the servers will likely be shut down at 10:00 AM CET. Matchmaking will already be disabled 30 minutes before, so you won’t be able to seek new rounds starting from 9:30 AM.
When can you play again? This is a major update. It is thus likely that Epic Games could bring the servers back online at 11:00 AM or even 1:00 PM. This is not confirmed, however.
When do the patch notes come out? Epic Games usually releases a brief list of patch notes on their site after the update. If that happens, we will summarize them here briefly and clearly.
What contents could be released with Update 25.20?
Epic Games reveals hardly any new information about upcoming content before a new update. However, trustworthy leakers like Shiina have been keeping an eye on the data hidden from normal users for a long time and have an idea of what you can expect this time. You can expect the following things:
