Fortnite: Battle Royale offers a new starter pack every season. The next pack for Season 3 has been leaked by data miners. The “Yellow Jacket” pack is expected to include a skin along with V-Bucks and is likely to cost around €5. This is how the new skin is supposed to look.
What does the new starter pack include? According to data miners, the starter pack is called “Yellow Jacket”. It includes:
- A skin
- A pickaxe
- 600 V-Bucks
What does the skin look like? This new starter pack is said to feature a female skin wearing a yellow jacket. The color palette will likely consist of yellow/gold and black. The agent is definitely equipped.
A bargain, but only for real money
How much do the starter packs cost? If the leak is confirmed and this is indeed a starter pack, you will likely have to pay the usual €4.99 for it.
You can only purchase the pack in Fortnite with real money and cannot pay with V-Bucks. However, since the 600 V-Bucks in the pack are already worth €6, this offer is a real bargain for this price.
Why is it so cheap? The starter packs are likely offered at such a low price to encourage players to make microtransactions who have not done so yet or have earned V-Bucks through Battle Pass rewards or the PvE mode Save the World .
After all, you get a skin, a pickaxe, and V-Bucks for this price. The skin and the pickaxe would theoretically be free if you only count the V-Bucks.
When will the pack be available? Unfortunately, it is not yet known when the starter pack will be available in Fortnite. New packs are usually added to the shop at the beginning of a season.
The next Season 3 will not start until June 4, 2020. So, players may have to be patient.
However, those who do not want to wait that long and have not yet purchased the current Season 2 starter pack “Iris” should do so before it is replaced by the new Season 3 pack.
