For a few days now, Fortnite Chapter 2 has been active, with new content, maps, features, and skins. What do you think of the new additions so far?
This is what happened in Fortnite: The past few days have been turbulent for Fortnite. During the last live event, the map and the entire game were swallowed by a black hole. This made Fortnite completely unplayable for a long time.
The fans were unsure of what to expect, and their reactions ranged from amazement to confusion to frustration over not being able to play. Even well-known personalities like astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and singer Lady Gaga, as well as Pornhub, commented on it.
One thing was clear: Epic would soon present something new and cool to the players. And that’s exactly what happened: Fortnite received a major overhaul of many features with Chapter 2 (Season 1).
These are the new features: With the launch of Chapter 2, a lot of new features came to Fortnite. First and foremost, there was of course the new map, which many had eagerly anticipated and which was long overdue.
But there are also other new additions that fans can now examine more closely. These include:
- The new level-up system
- Better graphics
- Many new cosmetics
- Carrying opponents and team members
- Smaller weapon selection
- Better water gameplay with swimming and fishing
- New features and buildings in creative mode
However, there have already been problems. On the old map, there were often places in Fortnite where your character was instantly killed. There’s now a similar death zone on the new map. So you should avoid the area near Frenzy Farm.
