What else happens in the trailer? The trailer first gives a brief insight into the new setting of the season. Many familiar skins from Fortnite cross the Styx, a river of the underworld, but then Aphrodite appears and flies with her wings up to ancient temples where her divine colleagues are waiting for her.
Various skins from the Battle Pass are then shown in action, demonstrating their powers. Zeus hurls fierce lightning bolts, while Hades can collect three souls from the Styx and carry them as projectiles over his shoulders. He also swings a special chain around him, which can draw opponents closer.
A collaboration cannot be missed, so the Battle Pass also includes the avatar Korra, who proves her strength in combat as a water bender.
In addition, various shots of the new locations from Season 2 are highlighted, including divine temples, ruins, and even Hades’ underworld.
When does Season 2 in Chapter 5 start? We cannot say exactly. So far, many fans of Fortnite are waiting for the upcoming update, but Epic Games has not yet released anything. We will keep you updated and estimate that the new season will start around noon, between 12 and 2 PM.
