For Fortnite, a large live event named “Cosmic Summer Celebration” is coming up, which you can all participate in. We will show you the start time and what the event brings.
What is new: On June 19, the Fortnite team announced that players can expect a major summer event. After the new live event, the team will take their annual summer break. But before that, you should still be rewarded.

What is the “Cosmic Summer Celebration” event?
When does it start? The live event is scheduled for June 22 at “9 AM ET”. For us in Germany, the start will therefore be on June 22 at 3:00 PM.
Where will it be celebrated? Believer Beach is the selected location for the live event. Make sure to pack your beach clothes. We analyzed the new Season 7 of Fortnite and found places where landing is really worth it. Believer Beach is also one of the 5 best landing spots in Season 7 of Fortnite.
What will happen there? Fortnite is still keeping details about the event under wraps. However, it is clear that you can unlock new rewards. This also works through quests that are specially activated for the event in the game.
In addition, the co-op factor is likely to be in focus, as Fortnite states in the tweet that you should expect “a lot of fun with your friends.” We will embed the tweet announcing the live event here:
It is still unclear what exactly to expect from this alien live event on June 22. However, it is assumed that it will run as it has in recent years. Fortnite regularly launches these summer events. Usually, you receive many quests there that allow you to unlock cosmetic items.
