In the Christmas event “14 Days of Fortnite”, you receive a new special challenge every day. On day 4, the task is “Hit a player with a snowball in different games.”
The task sounds easy, but how do you throw a snowball?
How to complete the special challenge
These are the requirements: Before you can complete the special challenge, you must complete the task from the previous day. There you need to finish three games with friends. Those playing with friends should have no issues with this.
As a reward for completing the challenge from day 3, you will receive the “snowball” needed for the quest on day 4.
This is how to successfully throw a snowball: If you have completed the task from the previous day, then go to your locker. There you will find the snowball that you have unlocked. Equip it and you can enter the battle.
There, you can find the snowball in the same slot where your emotes are located. The snowball is comparable to the tomato that you can throw.
Then it’s all about aiming and throwing. The snowball fight can begin.
Here’s how to make the completion easier: If you don’t want to complete the task on the large map, as the risk is too high, you can use the following tip: You can already knock out your teammates with snowballs in the pre-lobby, where you wait for your match to start.
