In Fortnite: Battle Royale Venom will soon appear as a skin. The skin will be the next reward for the Marvel Cup. We will show you how to unlock the Venom skin.
What is a skin? In Fortnite, various tournaments from the Marvel Knockout: Super Series take place. As a reward, players always receive a special Marvel skin. The series started with the Daredevil Cup, where you could unlock the Daredevil skin.
Now the next cup is set to take place, and this time the reward is a skin of the villain Venom. This is what the outfit looks like that you can win:
How to get the Venom skin for free
To earn the skin for free, you must participate in the Venom Cup. We will show you how to join and what conditions must be met.
When does the cup take place? The Venom Cup will take place on November 18, 2020. In this tournament, you will be able to compete twice at different times:
- Wednesday, November 18, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Wednesday, November 18, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
You should plan approximately 3 hours for the tournament if you want to participate.
How to participate in the Venom Cup
What do you need to do? Since this is a duo tournament, you first need a partner to participate with you. However, anyone who wants to take part in the cup must meet these conditions:
- The Fortnite account must have reached at least level 30
- You must have set up two-factor authentication
Important: These conditions apply to both duo partners participating in the tournament and must be met by both accordingly.
What are the rewards?
What can you win for free this time? In all Marvel tournaments so far, players have been able to obtain a new hero from the Marvel universe along with their back bling. As mentioned above, this time the Venom skin is up for grabs. Additionally, you will receive these items from the set:
- The integrated emote “We Are Venom”
- The back bling “Tentacle Bag”
- The pickaxe “Symbiote Slicer”
Only players who place among the top 1,200 will receive the skin set for free and before everyone else.
Can you also get the skin outside of the tournament? If you do not place among the top 1,200 players, you still have a chance at Venom. The reward skin will later appear in the item shop and will then be available to all players. However, they will have to pay for it if they want it.
