What is a skin? In Fortnite, various tournaments from Marvel Knockout: Super Series are taking place. As a reward, players always receive a special Marvel skin. The series started with the Daredevil Cup, where you could unlock the Daredevil skin.
Now, in just a few hours, the next cup will take place. The Black Widow skin in winter outfit is up for grabs.
How to get the Black Widow skin for free
To earn the skin for free, you must participate in the Black Widow Cup. We will show you how to get involved and what conditions must be met.
When does the cup take place? The Black Widow Cup will start today, Wednesday, November 11 at 18:00. Players will be tested in 4 rounds, so expect a duration of at least 2 hours for the tournament.
How to participate in the Black Widow Cup
What do you have to do? Since this is a duo tournament, you first need a partner to participate in the tournament with you. However, everyone who wants to participate in the cup must meet these conditions:
- The Fortnite account must have reached at least Level 30
- You must have set up two-factor authentication
Important: These conditions apply to both duo partners participating together in the tournament and must therefore be met by both.
What are the rewards?
What can you win for free this time? So far, players have been able to earn a new hero from the Marvel universe and its back bling in all Marvel tournaments. As mentioned above, this time the Black Widow skin is up for grabs.
Only players who place within the top 1,200 will receive the skin for free and before anyone else.
This is not the first Black Widow skin you see in Fortnite. There was already a variant available for purchase in the item shop.
Can you also get the skin outside of the tournament? If you do not place among the top 1,200 players, you still have a chance to get Black Widow. The reward skin will later appear in the item shop and will then be available to all players. However, they will have to pay for it if they want it.
