In Fortnite: Battle Royale there will be a skin of Deathstroke from the DC Universe, also known from the TV series “Teen Titans”. You can secure the skin for free in a tournament. We show you what you need to do for that.
What kind of skin is this? In Season 6, one of the founding members of DC’s Teen Titans came to the Fortnite island. Raven, whom you know from the TV series, is part of the Battle Pass for Season 6. After that, her partner “Beast Boy” could be obtained in a tournament.
Now that both heroes from Teen Titans have arrived on the Fortnite island, their arch-nemesis Deathstroke is also coming as a skin. He seems to be ready for a fight once again. You can secure the villain’s outfit and run around the island with it.
Get the Deathstroke skin for free at the Deathstroke Zero Cup
To earn the skin for free, you must participate in the Deathstroke Zero Cup. We will show you how to join and what conditions must be met.
When will the Cup take place? The Deathstroke Zero Cup, which is a solo tournament, will take place on Thursday, May 27, 2021, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
You have 3 hours to play a total of 10 matches and collect as many points as possible. You will participate solo and must prove yourself against your opponents in the same server region.
How to participate in the Deathstroke Cup
What do you have to do? Since this time it is a solo tournament, you do not need to look for a partner for the Cup. You must observe these rules if you want to participate in the tournament:
- The Fortnite account must have reached at least Level 30
- You must have Two-Factor Authentication set up
What rewards are there?
What can you win for free? Whoever can prove themselves in the Cup will receive another skin for free. As mentioned above, the Deathstroke set can be won in this Cup. The items from the set include:
- The “Deathstroke” outfit
- The pickaxe “Deathstroke’s Katanas” (is both a pickaxe and a back accessory)
Only the players who place among the top 4,500 will receive the skin set for free and before everyone else. Additionally, all players who score at least 8 points in the tournament will receive the spray motif “Slade sees all”.
Can you get the skin outside of the tournament? If you do not place among the top 4,500 players, you still have a chance at Deathstroke. The skin will be available in the item shop on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. The complete Deathstroke set, including the additional glider, will also be available then, but players will have to pay for it.
