Fortnite: Battle Royale has introduced new weapons with Season 7 Chapter 2 (Update 17). This includes a mythical version that you can get from a specific boss. You can find out where to locate the boss as well as other end bosses and their loot here.
What bosses and mythical weapons are in Season 7? Update 17 with Season 7 Chapter 2 is here and aliens are attacking the island with their UFOs. There are also three boss opponents and a mythical weapon left by the most dangerous end boss. The new bosses are:
- A punk named Riot
- A rabbit guy named Giggimon
- Dr. Slone, the leader of the IO
You will receive the new mythical weapon – a particularly powerful pulse rifle – from Dr. Slone.
Where can I find Dr. Slone and how do I defeat her? If you want to rid Dr. Slone of her special rifle, you need to head to Corny Complex. Don’t be fooled by the rural surroundings, because in the large farmhouse north of the location there is a restroom to the right of the entrance on the ground floor.
This is a secret access to the hidden research complex of the IO underneath the house. There you will also immediately find Dr. Slone. She is a tough opponent – so make sure you have enough ammunition. In battle, Slone occasionally creates clones and IO guards may also intervene.
What can the mythical pulse rifle do? The weapon you receive at the end from Dr. Slone is a significant upgrade over a regular pulse rifle, which deals less damage and reloads slower:
- Damage: 38
- Magazine: 16 shots
- Fire rate: 4.2
- Reload time: 2.6775 seconds

Where can I find Riot? Riot is loitering in the southeast of the new map, by the bridge between Misty Meadows and Catty Corner. If you defeat him, you will receive an epic heavy assault rifle from him.
Where can I find Giggimon? The rabbit rascal Giggimon has hidden himself on the small island in the northwest at the lighthouse. If you take him down, you will receive an epic assault rifle!
