What type of event is this? Epic Games is hosting an event called “Loot Friends”. You have the opportunity to win cool free items towards the end of the Season 7 that you can use to enhance your skin.

When does the event end? Since the event has already started, we’ll just list the end date of the action here. You have until September 12, 2021 at 10 PM to collect points.
How do I participate? You can register for the action on this Epic Games page and gain access to the overview of rewards (via fortnite.com). After registering, log in on your platform and simply play a few Battle Royale or Creative rounds with your friends.
What rewards are available? There are four rewards that you can unlock. They are as follows:
- Emoticon “Space Handshake” – 3 points
- Music “Invasion Remix” – 10 points
- Wrap “Beach Tracks” – 20 points
- Pickaxe “Hackquarium” – 50 points
How do I earn points? You just need to play duo, trio, or team matches with your friends. However, you cannot simply start a round and then leave to quickly rack up points. Players are required to have played the started round for at least 10 minutes, as otherwise it won’t be recognized by Epic Games.
You earn one point for every 10 minutes in Battle Royale mode. The same rule applies in Creative mode but with a catch.
Epic Games limits the maximum points accumulation per day in Creative mode to six. Since Creative mode offers a good alternative to the normal Battle Royale mode, it is often used for XP farming. There, you can play Deathruns or other varied modes with your buddies that spice up your life in Fortnite a bit.
There is still a way to quickly gather points without struggling in Battle Royale mode. Epic Games included what is called Bonus Time. You can choose a desired time, such as 9 PM – 10 PM. During this time, you will receive a 3x multiplier, which provides a points boost.
