In Fortnite, you will receive 2 free gifts when you watch the Twitch Rivals Super Games tournament. We will show you which tournament it is, when it takes place, and how you can participate.
What gifts can you get? In total, there are 2 gifts that you can unlock by watching:

These are exclusive items that you cannot obtain anywhere else. Therefore, it is worth checking out the Twitch Rivals.
What kind of tournament is this? The “Twitch Rivals Super Games” will be broadcasting a Fortnite tournament. There, 20 teams will compete against each other.
Each team consists of 2 professional athletes and 2 streamers. They will then battle against the other teams in the limited Blitz mode.
When does the tournament take place? The “Fortnite Twitch Rivals” will be streamed on Thursday, April 23 at 2:00 AM German time on Twitch.
Watch and unlock free gifts
What do you need to do? First, it is important that you have linked your Epic Games account and your Twitch account. To do this, you must first visit the Epic Games page and log in there.
You will be redirected directly and can then see your linked accounts. There you need to connect Twitch.
Once you have done this, you open Twitch and look for the official channel of Twitch Rivals. To get notifications about when the channel is live or issuing Twitch Drops, you should follow it.
From 2:00 AM, you should receive a notification that the Drops for the Twitch Rivals channel are available. Click on this notification, which you find at the little bell, to connect your Twitch account. You will need to log in to Twitch again.
Important: To receive the gifts for Fortnite, you must watch for at least 30 minutes. Since the tournament takes place at 2:00 AM and many will probably be asleep, you can simply leave the channel running.
When you log in to Fortnite next time, you should receive and be able to claim the two gifts. They will end up in your locker, and you can use them in-game.
What are Twitch Drops? These Drops give the chance to acquire exclusive items for a game by simply watching your favorite streamer or Twitch channel.
Which items will be awarded and what they will look like is determined by the developers of this game themselves.
In other games, such as Valorant, you can only participate in the beta if you receive access via Twitch Drop, which can take a long time. After some criticism, the developers decided that all streamers who stream Valorant on Twitch can enable their viewers access through Twitch Drops.
