Today, on December 12th, Epic Games released the patch notes for the new Fortnite- update 11.30. We show you the changes and new content. You can now play Fortnite in split-screen on PS4 and Xbox One.
What’s in the new update 11.20: The update brings some changes to the game like the new split-screen feature.
Some players are annoyed after installing the update that the game lags and stutters. This is Epic’s solution against the lags and stutters in Fortnite.
New Split-Screen Feature for PS4 and Xbox One
What is this feature? With update 11.30, you can now play with your friends on one screen.
You can play duos or teams on the same console (PS4, Xbox One) and share a screen that shows both players’ perspectives.

Quick Look at the Item Shop
What’s new? With mobile devices (iOS/Android), you can now take a quick look at the item shop before starting the game.
You can now preview the new item shop in the group center.
Open the group center, swipe right, and tap the corresponding button for the preview.
Gift Limit Increased
What’s new? The gift limit has increased from 3 gifts per day to 5 gifts. This means you can now bring more joy to your friends and give up to 5 gifts per day.
Preparations for the Star Wars Event
What has been prepared? Epic Games has now made preparations at Risky Reels for the Star Wars event that is supposed to take place on Saturday, December 14th at 8:00 PM.

Gameplay – Changes
What has changed? There are a few changes in Fortnite’s gameplay. The following changes have been made:
- The remaining ammo display is now shown as a number instead of a bar
- You can now decide when you want to switch from the “Eliminated by” screen to the match end screen with the XP statistics

New in Creative Mode
New trick plate available: Use this trick plate to make walls and floors disappear or appear as desired.
The tracker is available in the game: With this new tracker device, you can create quests and challenges for other players.
New island in the game: The new archipelago island is here. You can explore a new island with unique terrain.
