Today, on Tuesday, October 22, the Fortnite servers will be taken down on all platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS, Android). A new update will be applied during the server downtime. How long will the maintenance take and what does the patch bring? MeinMMO has the answers!
What is happening today in Fortnite? A new chapter has begun in Fortnite and with it comes the first update of this season. FortniteStatus announced the update on Twitter.
Before players can go on an exploration tour, the servers will be taken down as usual.
Fortnite servers are going down – when and for how long?
Downtime starts in the morning: At 9:30 AM German time, you will be able to join a new lobby for the last time. At 10 AM, the servers will no longer be accessible and Fortnite will be down.
How long will the maintenance take? Based on experiences from the past weeks and months, the work should be completed around lunchtime.
