The tasks for the next weeks for Fortnite are known. In week 5 of season 6, it will mainly be about vehicles and the stunts you can perform with them.
Datamining leak for new tasks: The tasks for week 5 of season 6 are known thanks to datamining. According to the leaked information, this time it’s about kills and vehicles.
Warning, no guarantees: In season 6, the leaks from dataminers have been notoriously unreliable, and Epic has often laid false tracks. This could also be the case in week 5.

The free challenges without a battle pass in season 6, week 5
Record a speed of 25 or more at various radar traps (5): This task is new and could possibly really go online on Thursday.
Especially in Paradise Palms, there are often speed measurements where you can see how fast you are. The task should be easily achievable with golf carts and quad ramps.
Jump through burning tires with a shopping cart or an all-terrain vehicle (5): This task was already there in season 5. It might come back. However, the wording suggests that the brand new quad ram is excluded. So it might just be a placeholder.
Deal damage to opponents with the tactical shotgun (200): A rather unremarkable task, but it is quite doable. The tactical shotgun is a good weapon.
For these 4 tasks in week 5, you need the battle pass
Eliminate an opponent from less than 5 meters away (1): You can ideally combine this task with the tactical shotgun and complete two challenges at once.
Otherwise, other close combat weapons like SMGs or shotguns will work, or you can just take out an opponent with your pickaxe, that should also count.
Deal damage to opponents with submachine guns (500): Another unimaginative 08/15 task. Fortunately, submachine guns are common and great for dealing damage.
Eliminate an opponent with the minigun (2): This task is hopefully a placeholder, as the minigun is not exactly good for killing opponents. It’s more for pinning down enemies and wrecking buildings.
Deal damage to opponents with standard pistols (200): This task is likely to change further. Probably, there will also be damage with silenced pistols and hand cannons.

Warning, some tasks will certainly change: As is unfortunately usual in season 6, a lot could still change. Some tasks did not appear last week and some of the challenges sound a lot like placeholders.
