Today marks the start of Fortnite: Battle Royale Week 6 of Season X. It kicks off with the Boogie Down challenges. A leak now shows what dance tasks await you.
What has been leaked? During a season, Fortnite: Battle Royale regularly launches new tasks. The weekly Boogie Down tasks, which are set to start today, September 5th, have already been found by data miners. We will show them to you here in an overview.
Boogie Down in Fortnite – The Tasks
As the data miners show, there are again several normal tasks and then the Prestige challenges. The following tasks were shown by data miner Lucas7yoshi on Twitter. Completing these tasks rewards you with Battlestars and cosmetic items.
The tasks revolve around dancing. Just in April, thousands of players danced through Fortnite all night long.
These normal tasks have been leaked:
- Hit an opponent with a Boogie Bomb (twice)
- Dance in front of a Bat Statue, a high pool, and a giant seating area
- Get an elimination with a shotgun, an assault rifle, and an SMG
- Move 100 meters while dancing
- Visit an oversized piano
- Destroy Dance-Forbidden signs (three times)
- Dance in a Mech in three different matches
These Prestige tasks have been leaked:
- Deal damage to a player under the effect of the Boogie Bomb (twice)
- Dance within a match in front of a Bat Statue, a high pool, and a giant seating area
- Get an elimination with a sniper rifle, a pistol, and an explosive weapon
- Dance with others to lift the disco ball in an icy hangar
- Play the sheet music at an oversized piano
- Dance in different matches after opening a Supply Drop (three times)
- Dance behind the DJ booth in the dance club while wearing the YOND3R outfit
These dance tasks are a nice change from the creepy teasers that players find with the red balloons.
How realistic is this leak? In recent weeks, the weekly challenges have been reliably read from the code by data miners. It is assumed that this leak is also correct.
