In Season 8 of Fortnite: Battle Royale, you should regenerate health by campfires. Where to find them is shown on our campfire map.
This is the challenge regarding campfires: A task from Week 2 of Season 8 in Fortnite requires you to regenerate 25 health through apples and then 50 health points through a campfire.
The locations of the campfires are fixed on the map, but in Season 8, things have changed again. The following map shows where you can find the fires.
The locations of the campfires
Here are particularly many fires: The campfires are not evenly distributed on the map. The following locations are particularly rich in campfires:
- You can find the most campfires at the Viking village at coordinates A6 and B6. There are 5 of them!
- Lonely Lodge in the east is also rich in campfires. At coordinates I5, you can find a total of 4 campfires.
- At Shifty Shafts at D7, two fires can be found.
- Loot Lake at E4 also has two spots for campfires.

How to use the campfires: When you use the campfires, they burn for 25 seconds and regenerate 2 health per second. You need a complete campfire for the required 50 health points.
If you haven’t taken enough damage, just build a ramp and jump from a greater height. Then you’ll have damage that you can heal to complete the task.
But be careful, as the fires can only be used once per round. It’s also possible that opponents have settled there and are waiting for you.
Therefore, it might be a good idea to use the campfires in a remote or less popular location. There should be fewer campers to find there.
