Many players collect them, but very few can actually use them in Fortnite: Battle Royale – traps. When placed skillfully, they become deathtraps for unsuspecting players. One player took it to the next level with a self-built house, complete with traps and lure tactics!
With traps, you can do some crazy things in Fortnite’s fun Battle Royale mode. Often, a trap is set that leads to success minutes later (when you have long forgotten about it).
Traps are preferably placed in houses, garages, or small sheds. If someone has too many weapons or a rare item, they can even set a bait. The following video shows that you don’t even need a weapon to take out an opponent:

Especially creative was the player in the following video. First, a stone house was built by hand, then the player laid out a “breadcrumb” trail of weapons, ammunition, and resources in a Hansel and Gretel manner – leading straight to the self-built hut.
In the hut is – you guessed it – a trap. Hard to believe, but a player actually falls for this (rather obvious) trick. But see for yourself:
All these videos show that you can indeed survive dangerous situations with traps. Especially in the endgame, a well-placed trap in a self-built fort can decide between victory and defeat.
So if you stumble upon a few traps on your way through the storm, definitely take them with you. Who knows what poor victim can be lured with them.
